Our story 

In 2017 LaCoste Design Co.  began working with BlackRock Inc., the world's largest asset-management company, to form, launch, maintain and promote the BlackRock Academies. We observed the impact that Learning and Development can have on a global company when done effectively. We now offer what we've learned about L&D with other companies that make it a priority. 

Tomorrow U was born out of our simple love of learning. We believe an educated world is a better world. Education is also the best investment a company can make in a sustained culture of loyalty, teamwork and growth. Businesses that understand the impact of Learning and Development on both people and the bottom line are those that are motivated by our support – as well as those that transform wishes and words into measurable actions.

Being connected now has a new definition with a new meaning and an unprecedented effect on how we live, work and think. Keeping people engaged online has become a modern-day challenge, and inspiring them to learn, adapt and excel through this channel is more important than ever before.­

eLearning Review & Blueprint / A company’s Learning Management Systems are often developed in silos by different departments. The lack of cohesion can range from naming to messaging and identification, design and functionality. This can then create confusion, frustration and a lack of engagement. We will conduct an extensive review of everything you have within your system; identify best practices and business-growth opportunities; and provide you with a blueprint of detailed recommendations to increase engagement through branding and marketing strategies.

Academy Branding / Branding your academies can go a long way in terms of engagement. Today’s workers make decisions quickly. Content must be interesting, clear and direct for them to want to engage. They need to know the top things they will learn quickly and easily. We present each academy with its own design and tailor it for a specific audience within an overall academy brand system. The identified best practices allow other business units and departments to follow the uniting framework while also developing their own integrated designs, curricula, content and websites.

Engagement Marketing, Implementation & Reporting / We develop unique campaigns and strategies that stimulate employee participation. Beyond building and designing an LMS that’s inviting and accommodating, you’ll need continuous marketing to raise awareness, inspire interest and drive engagement. We create and design branded promotional videos, internal posters, digital banners, social media posts, academy launch videos and Academy Week marketing materials.
